- Seads are unisex shoes and run from a European size 36 to 46. For our first collection we did make some choices though, so some colors run the full size range, some from 36-42 and some from 40-46. Can’t find a color in your size? Don’t hesitate to check out the so called Women’’s or Men’s section to see if maybe another color appeals to you: there is no length/width difference between men and women shoes. And if you really want a color that’s not available in your size right now, please let us know, so we can take that into consideration for our next collection!
- Pick the size that you want and add the item to your shopping cart. But before you do, please make sure to measure your foot with our sizing tool!
- Go to your cart to finalize your purchase or continue shopping for more espadrilles (repeat steps 1, 2 and 3 and add to cart).
- If you are not registered, fill in your billing details and if they match the shipping details, tick the box. If you have an account, fill in your username and password.
- You can receive your package at any address you want (home, work & others), but we do not ship to post offices or pick-up points.
- Select your payment method: your order will be processed through your preferred platform.
- Finalize the steps required for your selected payment method.
- Congratulations! Your order is complete. You will receive an email confirming your purchase and as soon as the package is dispatched from our warehouse, a second one with a tracking number so you can trace your Seads on their way to you.
- Did you make a mistake in size or color and want to modify your order? Don’t worry, your Seads won’t leave the warehouse instantly, so contact us as soon as possible and we may be able to change it.
- Enjoy your Seads and help give the ocean back to nature!

Our prices exclude delivery charges. These charges will be shown to you in the shopping cart.
If you are outside the European Union, you may have to pay additional import duties, customs or local taxes. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Your credit card may be denied for one of the following reasons:
- The card can be expired. Please make sure that your card does not exceed the validity date.
- You may have reached the card's credit limit. Contact your bank to confirm your card has not exceeded the limit amount permitted to make a purchase.
- It's possible that something is not filled in correctly. Verify that you filled in all the necessary fields.
It’s safe to use your credit card on the Seads’s website: all transactions are processed using the secure protocol SSL connecting with an official banking payment gateway. None of your details will remain stored in our system.
We ship your Seads to any address you want (home, work & others), but we do not ship to post offices or pick-up points.

For now, shipping is available to: Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Rumania, San Marino, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States and Vatican City.
- For shipping within Germany, the approximate delivery time is 1 to 3 business days.
- For shipping outside of Germany, the approximate delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.
- Take into account that we don’t fulfill orders on weekends (or festive days) so if you shop during the weekend the delivery will take 2 days longer!
The shipping costs will be shown in your shopping cart. The shipping costs for your orders are:
- Within Germany: 4,50 €
- Other EU (incl. the UK): 10,00 €
- Other European countries: 18,50 €
- International: 32,00 €
- Custom Charges. If customs charges occur, please note that you are 100% responsible for the fees. We are not responsible for customs charges and have no influence on local customs and the time needed for packages to pass through customs.
You can track your package at every stage, from the order confirmation to the delivery.
You will receive an email with a link to your delivery company as soon as your package is dispatched.
We ship all our Seads with RePack. RePack is a packaging bag that can be reused up to 50 times. When you receive your new pair of Seads, you can return the empty RePack bag via any mailbox in the world. Please check our RePack instructions to see how.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may return your order within 30 days from the order's delivery confirmation date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept any exchanges. If you need a different size or color you will have to request a return and place a new order.
Your returns are not free of charge. When you request a return, you will receive a prepaid shipping label, but the return costs will be automatically deducted from your refund.
We will of course accept your return, but we much rather have you select the right pair of Seads when you order. After all, too much shipping back and forth is bad for the planet, so please make sure to use our Sizing tool to measure your feet!
To be eligible for a return, your Seads must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. So please take good care of your Seads when you try them on and don’t remove any hang tags or stickers. Your Seads must be returned with the invoice we sent you. Your Seads must also be returned in the original packaging. Please check our RePack instructions to see how.
To make the return process as easy as possible for you, we process all our returns through our return page seads.global/returns. You can find the link to this page here below and in your delivery confirmation email.

Follow the steps on the website
Download and print the return label and a copy of your invoice (see your invoice email for the download link). Add the invoice to your package. Please note that the return label is a prepaid label and that the initial shipping costs will be automatically deducted from your refund.
Close the RePack with the velcro and some tape.
Stick the return label on the front of the RePack on top of the tape. Use more tape if necessary.
IMPORTANT! Make sure the built-in RePack return label is NOT visible when you return your purchases. This may cause a delay in your return.
Bring your package to the carrier. We recommend using a Track&Trace service or purchasing a shipping insurance, as we cannot track your package, nor can we guarantee that we will receive your returned package.
Keep your return postage receipt and your tracking number until your return has been processed.
Received a wrong or faulty product
We do our utmost best to send you exactly what you have ordered. However, sometimes mistakes do happen. If you have received a wrong or faulty item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Your order number
- Pictures of the wrong/faulty products, the packaging and the delivery slip.
Please only return your Seads to us after our customer team has asked you to!
Please make sure to keep the delivery slip and also make pictures from the inside and outside of your package. We will find a solution for you as fast as possible!
Once we have received your package at our warehouse and your Seads have passed our quality test, we will issue your refund. We will use the payment method you chose when placing your order.
Please note that it can take 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Please allow further 4-6 business days for your refund to show in your bank account.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
